Conditions of participation:
All persons aged at least 16 who live in the canton of Lucerne and neighboring cantons are eligible to participate. The Center Management of the Mall of Switzerland will select 1 winner from all the videos submitted.
The winner agrees to create 1 video per month for the Mall of Switzerland's TikTok account. The collaboration is limited until 31.12.2025. The release and publication will be handled by the Center Management of the Mall of Switzerland. The winner agrees that the image and video recordings made for the Mall of Switzerland may be used for various purposes (e.g. social media, advertising). The winner allows the Mall of Switzerland to keep the photos and videos and, if necessary, to use them for further projects within the scope of its business activities (commercial/non-commercial, e.g. advertising, internal documentation, publications of any kind, homepage/internet, etc.) for a maximum of five years.
